The Madhya Pradesh cabinet has approved the implementation of Smart-PDS (Scheme for Modernization and Reforms through Technology in Public Distribution System)
Madhya Pradesh cabinet has given approval to the implementation of the centrally sponsored scheme of the Government of India 'National e-Vidhan Application' (NEVA) in the state Legislative Assembly, according to an official release.
After casting his vote in the second phase of Lok Sabha polls, Madhya Pradesh cabinet minister Prahlad Singh Patel on Friday urged the voters to come out in large numbers to exercise their franchise and ensure participation in nation-building.
The cabinet expansion took place on Monday with a total of 28 leaders sworn in as ministers which include, 18 cabinet ministers, six ministers of state (Independent Charge) and four state ministers.
Following the expansion of the Madhya Pradesh cabinet, state BJP President VD Sharma on Monday said that people who are experienced and full of new energy have been inducted into the cabinet.
Following the expansion of the Madhya Pradesh cabinet on Monday, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav hoped that the double-engine government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi would do all the development work in the states.
Madhya Pradesh cabinet minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh said that he will fulfil his responsibilities with the utmost dedication for the progress of the state.
"This team has Test match players as well as T20 players and so it is a very balanced team. Everyone will get a good opportunity to serve people," he said.
After the expansion of the Madhya Pradesh cabinet, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Krishna Gaur thanked the central and state leadership and said that she would fulfil her responsibilities with full dedication.
"I have full confidence that all the colleagues in the Council of Ministers will fulfil the vision and mission of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and make development accessible to the people standing at last mile," he further wrote.
