The Karnataka Lokayukta conducted raids at several places across the state, including offices of BBMP, Chikkamagaluru Town Municipality, and Anekal Town Municipality.
This comes after the Lokayukta officers reportedly submitted the 'B Report' in the investigation against Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah. The investigation into the other accused is still ongoing. The court has instructed the police to continue the investigation and submit a final report.
A Special Court in Bengaluru on Tuesday heard a petition filed by Enforcement Directorate challenging Lokayukta police's 'B Report' in the MUDA (Mysore Urban Development Authority) 'scam' case involving Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah is facing legal trouble once again in the Mysore Urban Development Authority (Muda) case, as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a petition in the Special Court of People's Representatives to quash the Lokayukta police investigation report.

Reacting to the Lokayukta Police giving a clean chit to Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and his wife in the MUDA scam, BJP leader Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Wednesday said that the investigation does not rule out irregularities in the land allotment.
