Political leaders in Uttar Pradesh, including BJP leader Atul Garg, BJP MP Tejveer Singh, and Congress candidate Danish Ali, exercised their voting rights as voting for the second phase of Lok Sabha polls commenced on Friday.
After casting his vote in the second phase of Lok Sabha polls, Madhya Pradesh cabinet minister Prahlad Singh Patel on Friday urged the voters to come out in large numbers to exercise their franchise and ensure participation in nation-building.

Kerala, where polling is underway for all 20 Lok Sabha seats in the second phase of the general elections on Friday, recorded a voter turnout of 11.98 per cent till 9 am, according to data shared by the Election Commission (EC).
Of these, Hoshangabad is leading the voter turnout charts with 15.95 per cent voting followed by Satna 13.59 per cent, Khajuraho 13.44 per cent, Tikamgarh 13.36 per cent, Damoh 13.34 per cent, and Rewa 13.27 per cent till 9 am so far in the state.
Exuding confidence over the outcome of Lok Sabha polls, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on Friday said that Bharatiya Janata Party will comfortably register victory in all 25 constituencies in Rajasthan adding that it will also cross 400 mark in the Lok Sabha.
