The Jammu and Kashmir Police, in collaboration with security forces, apprehended three terrorist associates linked to the banned terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) in the Budgam district.
Joint forces of Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Indian Army have busted a terrorist module at Uri in Baramulla district of the union territory, arresting three people and recovering from them arms and ammunition, said authorities.

Ahead of Independence Day, two ‘hybrid’ terrorists of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) along with arms ammunition were arrested from Baramulla’s Azadgunj, said J-K police in a statement of Wednesday.
"Bandipora Police today, jointly with 26 Assam Rifles, 3rd Bn Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Border Security Force (BSF) K2 apprehended one OGW of the LeT terrorist outfit, namely Javid Ahmad Malla, R/o Arin Dardpora Bandipora, at Turkpora Junction Bandipora," the officials said.
The security forces in Jammu and Kashmir have neutralized 79 Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists in the last two years, an official statement said on Tuesday.
Two terrorist associates linked to proscribed Pakistan-based outfit, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), were arrested at a bus stop in Kreeri village of Baramulla district, officials informed through a statement on Tuesday.
