The Special NIA Court at Patiala House Court in Delhi, on Thursday, convicted two accused persons, namely, Zahoor Ahmad Pir and Nazeer Ahmad Pir, for providing shelter and logistics support to Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Bahadur Ali, who is a Pakistani.
According to an official release, the chargesheeted accused, Mohammad Akbar Dar, was an associate of LeT terrorist Uzair Khan and had provided logistical support, shelter, food and intelligence to Khan.
Police alongwith security forces arrested terrorist associate linked with proscribed terror outfit LeT and recovered incriminating materials, arms,ammunition from his possession in Uri area of north Kashmir's Baramulla district, said an official statement issued on Thursday.

Jammu and Kashmir Police alongwith security forces on Wednesday arrested a terrorist associate linked with the proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)/ TRF and recovered incriminating materials, arms and ammunition from his possession in Baramulla.
The security forces in Jammu and Kashmir have neutralized 79 Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists in the last two years, an official statement said on Tuesday.
