Following the Parliament security breach, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee dismissed alleged links between the state and mastermind Lalit Jha on Sunday and said that the incident was "pre-planned".
Delhi police sources revealed earlier that Lalit Jha, the accused in Parliament security breach incident, destroyed five mobile phones before arriving in Delhi, and was misleading the investigating team.
One more accused has been arrested in the Parliament security breach case and will be produced shortly before the concerned judge of Delhi's Patiala House Court. Six accused have been arrested in the case so far.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Suvendu Adhikari on Friday claimed that Lalit Jha, who is one of the accused in the parliament security breach case, is a functionary of the Trinamool Congress's (TMC) youth wing.
The parents of Lalit Jha, who is the fifth accused in the major security breach of the Lok Sabha, asserted that their son (Lalit) cannot commit this crime, adding that they will approach the court regarding this complaint.
Delhi Police, while producing Jha before the concerned judge, informed that accused Lalit Jha has disclosed that accused persons, including him, wanted to create anarchy in the country so that they could compel the government to meet their demands.
Responding to the allegations of Bharatiya Janata Party that Trinamool Congress leader is 'in close association with' Lalit Jha, the so-called mastermind of Parliament security breach, Tapas Roy on Friday said that the charges are 'childish' as he is not acquainted to the Kolkata-based "m
