The Lok Sabha Secretariat on Wednesday restored the membership of NCP leader Mohammad Faizal after the Kerala High Court stayed his conviction in a criminal case.

As per two separate notifications issued by Ministry of Home Affairs administrators and the Lieutenant Governors of Union Territories of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Chandigarh, Puducherry and Lakshadweep were delegated the powers.
