Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake on Tuesday expressed his condolences and solidarity with India following a blast which took place near the iconic Red Fort in the national capital on Monday evening, killing eight and injuring several.
He mentioned that every citizen of the state has voted for a developed Bihar under the guidance of the NDA. Choubey also appealed to the voters to come out in numbers and participate in the voting process.
"The Police is alert following the incident that occurred in Delhi yesterday, to ensure no such incident happens in Bihar. The international border along Bihar has been sealed for the past 72 hours in view of the elections," DGP Kumar told ANI here on Tuesday afternoon.

RJD candidate from the Bodh Gaya Assembly constituency, Kumar Sarvjeet, on Tuesday urged people to cast their vote in the Bihar assembly elections, calling voting "a festival that changes a person's life."
Amid the polling for the second phase of the Bihar Assembly elections, minister and national president of Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) Santosh Kumar Suman expressed confidence in the NDA's victory.
"There is a wave of change in Bihar. In the second phase of voting as well, immense public support is going to be received by Tejashwi Yadav and the Mahagathbandhan," Tiwari told ANI here.
