According to reports by Dawn, the protests followed a violent incident in Parachinar where two individuals were killed and decapitated in the Bagan area of Kurram, sparking widespread outrage.
A light aircraft from the Jazirah Aviation Club crashed into the sea off Ras Al Khaimah Emirate, claiming the lives of the pilot and co-pilot. Authorities, led by the General Civil Aviation Authority, are investigating the cause of the incident. Condolences have been extended to the families

By Thursday, the MWM had extended its protests across much of Karachi, and by 10 pm on Friday, sit-ins were still taking place at several key locations.
