As many as six policemen were killed after a car and a truck collided with each other on the Quetta-Karachi national highway in the Wadh area, reported Dawn.
A senior official said that a policeman died on the spot and another police personnel was injured after armed men riding a motorcycle opened fire on them, as per the Dawn report.
At least four people were killed and 12 wounded in an explosion inside the Rakhni market in Balochistan's Barkhan on Sunday morning, Aaj News reported. The injured persons have been moved to a nearby hospital while security forces cordoned off the area for investigation.
"Unidentified eople placed a magnetic bomb on the police vehicle, and detonated it with a remote control, resulting in the death and injury of four security personnel," Fahad Khosa, Khuzdar's senior superintendent of police said.
Khuzdar Station House Officer (SHO) Muhammad Jan Sasoli told Dawn that Khuzdar Superintendent of Police (SP) Fahad Khan Khoso's security squad was targeted near the Jhalawan Complex in a "remote-controlled blast".

Baloch activist, Hafsa Baloch said in a tweet, "After a week Bibi Rashida and her husband Rahim Zehri are still in the custody of Pakistani forces. They were forcibly abducted by security forces and their whereabouts remain unknown."
Local residents took to the streets in Balochistan's Khuzdar district on Sunday and blocked the main highway in the region after the forceful abduction of two students by the Pakistani forces, Pakistan vernacular media reported.
The explosive material blew up on a two-way road near the Umar Farooq intersection in the city, the police said. Two injured are said to be in critical condition.
