An Israeli airstrike overnight destroyed a pair of rocket launchers in Rafah that were aimed at the Kerem Shalom border crossing, the Israel Defence Forces said on Sunday.
COGAT also explained that 142 aid trucks are still waiting for pick up by the UN on the Gazan side of the Kerem Shalom Border Crossing, which is located in the corner where the borders of Gaza, Israel and Egypt meet.
On Tuesday 83 humanitarian aid trucks and seven ambulances were inspected at the Nitzana checkpoint and transferred to Gaza via the Rafah Crossing from Egypt.
