Kerala Minister for General Education and Labour, Vasudevan Sivankutty, was rushed to the hospital after feeling uneasy at the state legislative assembly on Friday.
The Kerala Minister for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development, J. Chinchu Rani, said on Thursday that milk prices in the state are set to be revised soon. The Kerala High Court has already granted MILMA the authority to implement price revisions.

Kerala Education Minister V. Sivankutty on Saturday criticized the BJP-led central government over its decision to give Hindi titles to English medium textbooks of NCERT, calling it against the "federal" principles of the nation.
"It is absolutely wrong to change the English titles that have been used for decades to respect linguistic diversity and instil a sensitive approach in the minds of children, and to shift the focus to Hindi titles like Mridang and Santoor," the state minister said on Monday.
