Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan has issued orders appointing interim vice chancellors for the Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology (KUDSIT) and A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), pending regular appointments, the Rajbhavan said in a statement.
