Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former MP Vivek Venkataswamy on Sunday called Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLC K Kavitha as "liquor queen" alleging that she reduced value added tax on the liquor and increased the commission on the same.

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's daughter K Kavitha left the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office in the national capital after the officials questioned her in connection with Delhi liquor policy case on Saturday.
"A BRS MLA called me. He directed me to fall into line. Otherwise, we will not cooperate. There is also a woman involved in this. It is not my culture to defame a woman and thus I cannot reveal her name," Praveen told the media.
