While addressing a public meeting in Simdega, Kharge emphasized that BJP's slogan "Batenge to Katenge" (if divided, we will be wiped out) is a stark reminder of their intentions stating that Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and BJP are the ones who divide the country and the poor.
The slogan 'batenge toh katenge' was termed by UP CM Yogi Adityanath, calling for Hindu unity but has been widely condemned by the opposition leaders who have claimed communal overtones.
