"We have already communicated to them that it will create law and order problem, therefore, it's not the right time to come. I appeal to Maharashtra CM that the matter is in court and fight it legally," said Karnataka CM.
Karnataka CM Bommai had earlier said that the border row has become a political tool in Maharashtra, and any party in power will raise the issue for political purposes. My government is capable to protect the borders of Karnataka and has taken steps also, Bommai had said.
As Karnataka and Maharashtra locked horns over boundary issues, the Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Monday said that a panel of advocates has been formed to resolve the state borders issue.
