Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MP Kanimozhi Karunanidhi on Wednesday chaired the meeting of the party's Election Manifesto Committee at party HQ Arivalayam in Chennai.
Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MP Kanimozhi Karunanidhi on Tuesday said that there has been no clarity from the government on the India-US trade agreement, demanding to know if the farmers are protected within the agreement.
"Even with elections in mind, they have not announced anything for Tamil Nadu. They are not giving us anything, but then they want to mine rare earth from Tamil Nadu. It is a very disappointing budget," Kanimozhi said.
"We have started the election process. Tomorrow, our incharge Girish Chodankar is coming. We are only focusing on the 2026 assembly election...," Selvaperunthagai told ANI.
