Expressing his dissatisfaction over the Gujarat High Court's order on Rahul Gandhi's plea, former Union Law Minister Ashwani Kumar on Friday said that the court's verdict denying a stay on the Congress leader's conviction in the 'Modi Surname' case is saddening for the entire country.
The Gujarat High Court on Friday refused to stay on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's plea seeking a stay on his conviction in the 'Modi surname' defamation case.
