Amid civilian fears in the wake of land subsidence in the Joshimath area in Uttarakhand, sudden cracks in a few houses in the Kanwariganj area of Aligarh have caused panic in the locals, according to the sources on Tuesday.
National Crisis Management Committee (NCMC) under the Chairmanship of Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba reviewed the situation in Uttarakhand's Joshimath on Tuesday.
