An earthquake of magnitude 3.5 on the Richter Scale jolted the Uttarkashi area of Uttarakhand on Friday morning, according to the National Center for Seismology (NCS).
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10km, and occurred at a latitude of 28.39 N, and 87.39 E longitude, according to the National Center of Seismology.
An earthquake of magnitude 7.1 on the Richter Scale jolted Nepal's Lobuche on Tuesday, the USGS Earthquakes reported. Meanwhile, the National Centre of Seismology reported a series of earthquakes in the Tibet region.
