Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Deoghar MP Nishikant Dubey on Tuesday expressed condolences over the deaths of several Kanwar Yatra devotees in a bus accident in Jharkhand's Deoghar district, claiming that at least 18 people had lost their lives.
