The fifth round of the Lok Sabha elections for 49 parliamentary constituencies saw a cumulative voter turnout of 47.53 per cent till 3 pm, as per the data shared by the Election Commission.
As polling on three Lok Sabha seats Chatra, Kodarma and Hazaribagh is underway, Kalpana Soren, wife of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha candidate for Gandey assembly by-election appealed people to come out and vote and said people will bless them again.
