The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel of 110 BN celebrated the festival of colours, Holi, in the Letpora area of Pulwama in south Kashmir. The jawans smeared colours on each other and danced to the Holi.
The Border Security Force (BSF) personnel on Tuesday celebrated Holi near the International Border in the RS Pura sector of Jammu. They also extended best wishes to locals ahead of the festival of colours.
"They are like a family. While we miss our loved ones back home, especially on festivals, they lift our spirits by celebrating with us. We spend time together. I extend my best wishes to fellow countrymen on the occasion of Holi," a jawan said.
However, Rajasthan Minister Pratap Khachariyawas said that the government is always there to provide all possible help to the families of the soldiers who lost their lives in the line of duty.
