External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met Bhutan National Assembly speaker Wangchuk Namgyel in Delhi on Tuesday and discussed stronger economic cooperation between the nations as well as priorities of youth.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday condoled the loss of life in the massive earthquake that rattled Turkey and nearby areas and claimed more than 100 lives.
Canada and India have deep ties built on shared democratic values and a long-standing friendship. The wide-ranging bilateral cooperation between Canada and India spans the fields of science and technology, finance, education, defence and security.
It was agreed that the three countries will seek to ensure greater alignment of their respective economic, technological, and social policies with the objectives of the Paris Agreement
