An encounter between terrorists and security forces in the Chak Taper Kreeri Pattan area of Baramulla district in Jammu and Kashmir is underway, officials said on Saturday.
"During area domination patrol at Cheel, Dudu, an exchange of fire took place between terrorists and joint parties of J-K Police and CRPF," Jammu and Kashmir Police said.
An encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in the higher reaches of Basantgarh in Udhampur district on Sunday evening, officials said.
