US President's remarks on Gaza come after his statement in February, where he said that the US will take over the Gaza Strip, dismantle dangerous weapons, get rid of the destroyed buildings and work for the economic development of the area.
The government of Israel Sunday approved the plan for empowerment and socio-economic development for the years 2025-2029 in the Druze communities in the Golan Heights and in the Druze and Circassian communities in the Galilee and the Carmel. A budget of 3.9 billion Shekels (USD 1.07 billion)
In a short video statement, Cohen said, "We will employ all the tools available to us so that all the hostages will return, and we will ensure that Hamas won't be in Gaza on the 'day after'."
In a statement on Tuesday night, White House National Security Council spokesperson Brian Hughes said, "The current proposal does not address the reality that Gaza is currently uninhabitable and residents cannot humanely live in a territory covered in debris and unexploded ordnance."
Trump has issued a final warning for Hamas, demanding the release of all hostages and return of the dead bodies of the people who have been "murdered" by them or "it is over" for them.
"We demand the full demilitarization of southern Syria," said Netanyahu, who was addressing a graduation ceremony for cadet officers in Beer-Sheva. "We will not tolerate any threat to the Druze community in southern Syria."
Netanyahu said that he believes the plan presented by the US President Donald Trump is the only plan that can work to enable a different future for the people of Gaza, Israel and the surrounding areas.
