According to police, the accused used to come to Delhi on a regular basis from his native place in Bihar by train and robbed people. A booty of one lakh ninety-seven thousand two hundred rupees was also recovered from him.
Four people belonging to an inter-state vehicle robbery gang were arrested, and 14 stolen motorcycles were recovered in Mathura, the police informed on Friday.

The meeting was chaired by the Commissioner of Police, Delhi, Sanjay Arora. It was attended by senior officers from Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Rajasthan, Chandigarh and J&K, along with senior officers of Delhi Police, NIA, NCB and IB.
During the initial probe, Police learned that a bullock cart tyre ran over the man among the spectators watching the competition.
The fatal accident happened at Chikkamandya near Mandya, where an inter-state level pair bullock cart race was going on for two days.
