Sub Inspector Sonam said, "I was on duty when a boy came running to me. He said that a person is lying unconscious on the road. I rushed to the spot and gave him CPR. He started regaining consciousness."
"SIT almost completed probe. We'll file the chargesheet this week. We've applied for the NARCO test of the 3 accused, we'll do it if the court permits," said Deputy Inspector General (DIG) P Renuka, SIT Incharge.
