According to police, the threat email from an unidentified user was sent to the official email of PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, located on the IIT campus in Indore's Simrol, on July 17. Following the receipt of the threat email, the school authorities approached the Simrol police on July 18
The deceased was identified as Dilip Bundela, a resident of Choral and his body was found covered with leaves in the jungle of Choral in the district on Monday morning, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP, Rural) Umakant Chaudhary said.

Accused Rathore was carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 on his head and he was arrested from Uttar Pradesh's Etah district on Friday evening. After the arrest, he was brought to MG road police station in the district on Saturday, the police added.
"This time, with the help of technology, the police first sent a drone to the house of the accused to catch him. When the accused came in sight of the drone, the police surrounded the house from all sides and arrested him," said Eishikesh Meena, DCP, Zone IV.
According to the police, the crime was committed in 2022 and the victim recently lodged a complaint against the accused at MIG police station in the district.
The accused were identified as Parasram Meghwal, a resident of Pratapgarh in Rajasthan and his son-in-law Dharmendra Chauhan, a resident of Ratlam. The accused were going to deliver the consignment to Howrah in West Bengal but the Pardeshipura police caught them, the police added.
The incident took place in the Sadar Bazar police station area of Indore on Wednesday night and the whole incident was captured in a CCTV camera installed at the incident site.
