R Ravindra, an Indian Foreign Service officer of the 1999 batch, is currently, serving as India's Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations.

Last year in October, Sumit Seth, an Indian Foreign Service officer of the 2005 batch was concurrently accredited as India's Ambassador to Costa Rica, as per a release issued by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
Both diplomats bring extensive experience, with Kapoor serving in Kyiv, London, and Geneva, and Mazumdar being an Indian Foreign Service officer of the 1989 batch.
