India and China on Tuesday underlined the importance of peace and tranquillity in the border areas for overall progress in bilateral relations during the Strategic Dialogue held in the national capital.
Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri held the India-China Strategic Dialogue with China's Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu on the sidelines of the BRICS Sherpa Meeting in New Delhi, with both sides reviewing bilateral ties, global issues and BRICS cooperation ahead of the next summit.
