Police said that the incident occurred when the victim, identified as Selvi, came in contact with an exposed electrical connection while attempting to collect water.
According to Dehradun Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh, the accident occurred at 8 PM on March 12 (Wednesday). They have already tracked down multiple other vehicles present at the incident.
