The Bhutanese leadership conveyed heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the tragic incident. Special prayers were offered for all those affected by the blasts.
He mentioned that the GRAP guidelines were mandated by Supreme Court in 2017 due to the rising smog incidents in New Delhi. Ramesh noted that the use of the measures was expected to become less necessary over time as year-round emission reduction improved.

The fire and emergency services reached the incident spot immediately and were able to control the blaze following a two-hour operation. Five workers were also rescued safely. The local police and the Indian Army also swiftly initiated a rescue operation.

According to the Delhi Police, information regarding the incident was received at approximately 8:30 am. The deceased, identified as Amreen Thom, had been residing in the house for the past six months and was employed at an IT company in Haryana's Gurugram.
