Indian Coast Guard Ship (ICGS) Saksham, an offshore patrol vessel arrived at Port Victoria, Seychelles, on March 12, for a three-day goodwill visit aimed at strengthening maritime cooperation and fostering regional partnerships, the ICG said in an official statement.
