A special National Investigation Court here in Jammu passed an order directing Jammu and Kashmir police to affix a GPS tracker to track the movement of a terror accused on bail a police statement said.
After two terrorists were gunned down as security forces foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in the general area of Degwar Terwan in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch, the Indian Army on Monday said that the one of the killed terrorists was Division Commander of Hizbul Mujahi
"District Police Kishtwar received inputs about the involvement of one Mohd Yousaf Chouhan resident of district Kishtwar in terror-related activities," an official statement said.
NIA investigations revealed that the three convicted accused had conspired with one Kamruj Zaman to establish a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) module in Assam.
