The Supreme Court on Thursday put a stay on the release of movie Annu Kapoor starrer 'Hamare Baarah' and asked the Bombay High Court to decide expeditiously a petition alleging that the film was derogatory to the Islamic faith and the married Muslim women.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered a district and sessions court to decide on petitions seeking suspension of sentence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in the iddat case in 10 days, Pakistan-based Geo News reported.
According to details, the judicial magistrate Malik Muhammad Imran announced the reserved verdict and Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed.
