Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma doubled down on his allegations against Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi over his 2015 meeting with the Pakistani High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit in New Delhi and asked whether these visits were aimed at normalising Pakistani propaganda.
