Since the October 7 Hamas massacre and the subsequent war against Hamas in Gaza the Hezbollah terrorist organization, from its bases in Lebanon, has been launching rockets indiscriminately at Israeli cities in the north.
The drone struck a base where the IDF operates Sky Dew, a system of missile-detecting blimps. Located 35 km inside Israel, the attack represents Hezbollah's deepest strike since October 7.

Russian state media TASS quoted Dubai-based Al Hadath TV as saying that the attack targeted a base of Lebanon's Shia militia, Hezbollah, located southwest of Damascus International Airport.

Five of the victims were in critical condition, one was in medium condition and four were in light condition, The Press Service of Israel has learned. The status of one victim was not immediately available.
