Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has made it clear in strong words to all the helicopter service providers and operators serving in Uttarakhand that there should be no compromise with the safety standards of helicopter services, said an official statement.
The helicopter services from Katra to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine resumed on Wednesday after being suspended for a week due to the hostilities between India and Pakistan.
Pawan Rana, a helicopter operator, said, "Online tickets are available on IRCTC, while offline tickets can be obtained through the District Magistrate or Sector Magistrate. We operate around 20 to 30 shuttles daily, serving over 150 pilgrims."
