The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on the plea of RJD Rajya Sabha MP Amarandra Dhari Singh. He has sought suspension of the Look Out Circular (LOC) and permission to travel abroad for the next six months, from May 1 to October 31.
