The US has temporarily paused additional funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in light of recent allegations that the agency's employees may have been involved in the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel.

Titled "Plan for Victory in the Gaza Strip" and dated Jan. 16, the 102nd day of the war, the plan calls first for the IDF's continued destruction of Hamas's "order of battle"--its command structure, fighters, equipment and infrastructure.

The facilities, located along the Salah al-Din Road, consist of weapons factories above and below ground, where rockets, weapons and ammunition were produced. The sites were connected by dozens of tunnel shafts.
