Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday expressed grief over the bus accident in Madhya Pradesh's Khargone which claimed 15 lives, and announced ex-gratia for the families of the deceased and the ones injured.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the loss of lives in the Malappuram boat capsize incident in Kerala and announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh each to the next of kin of the deceased.
"10 killed and one child seriously injured after a truck and car collided near Jagatra in Balod district. The injured has been referred to Raipur for better treatment. Search for the driver of the truck underway," he said.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday expressed grief at the deaths of 11 people including 10 police personnel in the Dantewada attack and assured the Chhattisgarh government of all possible support.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif strongly condemned the blast. He expressed grief over the lives lost and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured, reported Geo News.
Taking to Twitter, Jaishankar said, "Deeply grieved to learn about the death of an Indian national in Khartoum. The Embassy is making all efforts to extend fullest assistance to the family. The situation in Khartoum remains one of great concern. We will continue to monitor developments."<
