Guided by the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for clean air and sustainable cities, and under the leadership of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, the Delhi Government has intensified its on-ground winter enforcement drive across all districts.
Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on Monday launched Green War Room at the Delhi Secretariat for better implementation of the Winter Action Plan against pollution.
According to an official release, "This year's winter action plan is based on 14 focus points such as vehicular and dust pollution, hotspots, stubble and garbage burning, dialogue with the central government and neighbouring states, and upgrading the green war room and green app."
