Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Tuesday welcomed Kavinder Gupta after he took oath as the 30th Governor of Himachal Pradesh, expressing hope that the new Governor would work by taking everyone along.
Former Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta was sworn in as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh in a simple yet impressive ceremony held at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday.
Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh Gurmeet Singh Sandhawalia administered the oath of office to Gupta. Gupta said he would work collectively with all stakeholders and act as a bridge between the state and the Union government for the development of the hill state.
