Delhi Police on Sunday revealed that the conspiracy of the Alipur murder cum gang war case was hatched in Delhi Jail to avenge gang leader Tillu Tajpuria's murder by Gogi gang members.
The accused, identified as Md Faijan (35) and is a resident of Sawda in Delhi has six cases of murder, extortion, robbery, and theft registered against him.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday granted six hours of custody parole to Gangster Yogesh, alias Tunda, a member of the Gogi Gang, to perform his marriage.
Gangster Deepak Pahal, alias Boxer, was absconding in this case and was arrested on April 15, 2023, after deportation from Mexico in April of this year.
Delhi's Patiala House court has recently dismissed the plea of Gangster Yogesh Tunda, a member of the Gogi Gang, seeking six hours of custody parole for his marriage.
The accused has been identified as Sandeep, a resident of Haryana's Sonipat, who is allegedly involved in more than a dozen cases, including that for an attempt to murder, robbery and extortion, as per the police.
Delhi Police Special Cell has filed a 936-page chargesheet against six accused persons in the Tillu Tajpuria murder case. The chargesheet contains a list of 113 prosecution witnesses. The CCTV footage of the incident has also been included in the evidence.
Delhi Police on Friday arrested a criminal from the Gogi gang, which was involved in the recent killing of its rival Tillu Tajpuriya in Delhi's Tihar jail, officers said on Saturday.
