Two unidentified persons were booked for threatening a restaurant cashier, among others, at Porvorim, located in Goa's Bardez (North Goa), said the police on Wednesday.
According to officials, at around 4:45 pm, the police received a call, in which the caller claimed that a “bomb blast may occur at the airport”, however, any specific location of the airport was not mentioned.
Speaking to ANI, Goa Director General of Police (DGP) Jaspal Singh said, "The Goa police have seized drugs worth Rs 10.26 crore from 2021 till date and arrested 400 persons involved in the drug trade."
