On Tuesday, the trapped three-and-a-half-year-old girl was brought up 30 feet above with the help of clips by personnel of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team.
Speaking to the reporters here, Annamalai said that the incident happened when a girl and boy in their fourth and second year were inside the University campus when two unknown boys entered the campus and assaulted the girl sexually.
