Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske on Friday criticised Congress leader and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi for his claims of discrepancies in the Maharashtra voter list, calling his statements "false and childish".
Speaking to ANI, the Shiv Sena leader said "He (Rahul Gandhi) does not know that the mandate of the people decides victory or defeat... He should think why he makes such baseless allegations against the Election Commission..."
"Again and again questions are being raised in Election Commission. If questions are being raised, then the Election Commission should answer immediately to maintain its credibility," the JMM MP told ANI on parliament premises.
