"While filing the affidavit on behalf of Punjab, we said that 30 to 40 thousand machines should be given to the farmers of Punjab. Secondly, the share of funds should be distributed between 25 per cent from Delhi, 25 per cent from Central and 50 per cent from Punjab," Gurminder Singh said.
