PIA is facing its worst crisis in history as Pakistan State Oil (PSO) has cut its fuel supply over unpaid dues. The move forced the airline to cancel 537 flights since October 13.
Pakistan International Airline (PIA) flights have been severely affected as Pakistan State Oil (PSO) stopped fuel supply to the national carrier over non-payment of dues to the company, Geo News reported on Monday.
PIA disbursed the fuel payment worth PKR 220 million to the PSO for Saturday and Sunday. The fuel payment issue between the airline and the PSO has been resolved and the flight schedule will be returned to normal.
